Press operator Ron Woodard works on the new Kirk, Rudy-Riso and The Solution Group MICR-Mate check printing press at Formsource and Falcon Printing and Graphics in Lewiston. According to company President Mark Hartnett, the new machine will allow the company to streamline their check printing process and improve turnaround time and quality control. With the new system, 150 checks per minute can be printed in one pass instead of the previous multi stepped process. Part of the software enables operators to talk directly to software engineers via Skype to not only troubleshoot problems, but also allows off site software technicians the ability to change the machine's software to adapt to the local companies changing client needs.

Once again, superb job.  You make these projects seem very easy.  I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the software products from TSG, the coding accuracy, and the excellent customer support.   It is a great pleasure to be working with TSG on these projects.

We have been running production on this system since late December.  My best estimate of the number of pieces through since the install would be around 200,000 to 250,000.  Both the equipment and camera system have been performing without issue.  We don't often expect that kind of performance right away with new equipment.
